Search Google for FACTS Family Portal Login and choose the FACTS Product Login link. Click Here to Login
Select the region International, then choose For Families → Family Portal Login.
Enter the Old Harbour High School district code: OH-JAM.
Click Create Account if you are new, or Next if you already created an account.
Follow the instructions and enter the verification code sent to the email address registered with the school.
Your child/ward must be officially registered and all documentation submitted.
Parents must provide an active email address to the school for MFA / two-step verification.
